게임 서버 강의를 듣던 도중발생한 에러를 해결한 과정을 남기는 글. 지극히 개인적 경험.

철저하게 클로드 AI에게 도움을 받아 해결했다.


 

게임서버(2) - 4 이동 동기화를 듣다가 에러가 발생했다.강의자도 발생한 에러지만, 언리얼 버전이 달라서 해결방법이 달랐다.

에디터를 닫고 빌드해보니 이런 에러가 떴다.

클로드 AI에게 물어봐서 해결했다.

꽤나 복잡해서 혼자라면 못했을 것 같다....

 

원인: StateTree / GameplayStateTree 플러그인이 프로젝트에 등록되지 않아서 UStateTreeAIComponent 클래스를 찾지 못함

Step 1 — S1.uproject에 플러그인 추가

CombatAIController.h, SideScrollingAIController.h 상단에 추가.

이 에러의 원인들

1. No such file or directory — IncludePaths 미설정

CombatAttacker.h, CombatDamageable.h, SideScrollingInteractable.h 등

→ 파일들이 서브폴더 안에 있는데 Build.cs에 경로가 없음

2. TP_THIRDPERSON_API 미정의

EnvQueryContext_Danger.h(14): class TP_THIRDPERSON_API UEnvQueryContext_Danger

→ TP_ThirdPerson.h가 include되지 않아 매크로를 모름

3. TP_ThirdPerson.h 못 찾음

SideScrollingPlayerController.cpp(14): 'TP_ThirdPerson.h': No such file or directory

4. cl.exe 내부 컴파일러 오류 팝업

→ 위 에러들이 연쇄되어 컴파일러 자체가 크래시

해결

S1.Build.cs에 PublicIncludePaths 추가:

원인

S1.Build.cs에 모듈이 누락되어 있습니다.

  • AAIController, UEnvQueryContext → AIModule
  • UUserWidget, UWidgetComponent, UWidget → UMG
  • SVirtualJoystick → Slate

추가로 이 에러도 있습니다: LNK2005: GTargetNameRegistration이 S1.cpp.obj에 이미 정의

→ TP_ThirdPerson.cpp에 IMPLEMENT_PRIMARY_GAME_MODULE이 남아있어서 S1과 충돌

에러 원인을 정리해보자면

  • UStateTreeAIComponent 못찾음 → .uproject에 StateTree, GameplayStateTree 플러그인 추가 + Build.cs에 모듈 추가.
  • 헤더 No such file or directory → PublicIncludePaths에 서브폴더 경로 전부 추가
  • LNK2019 링커 에러 → Build.cs에 AIModule, UMG, Slate, SlateCore, NavigationSystem 추가
  • LNK2005 중복 정의 → TP_ThirdPerson.cpp에서 IMPLEMENT_PRIMARY_GAME_MODULE → IMPLEMENT_MODULE 변경

프로젝트 폴더로 가서 Binaries, Intermediate, .vs 폴더를 삭제하고 generate visual studio project files 를 한다.

그리고 IDE에서 빌드를 해보니 잘 된다. 경고는 무시하자.
